Fusion Challenge #5

Post image for Fusion Challenge #5

Fusion…the combining of two elements to create one!!  It is time again for another Fusion challenge.  I used both elements this week for my card but I must say I only used a small portion of the inspiration piece.  From the inspiration piece I took the pocketbook in the up right hand corner and used the stripes (dry embossed those onto my card) and the lace in the upper corner of the pocketbook (used a sponged doily on my card).

Card details: embossed my background using my Simply Scored Scoring tool…stamp set is a retired one from Stampin Up…circle and scallop punches are also from Stampin Up…I kept my card mono chromatic only using Blushing Bride and Whisper White.

what a sweet baby card! love the inked doily and pretty peachy color! The pleated ribbon and scoring really give this texture! Thanks so much for joining us at Fusion!
